From reading the threads in this forum, I was reminded of this. One of my "old timer" friends on the job use to come and play cards with the guys. After he retired he got this cush gig on a local pd on long island in an upscale neighborhood. SO... We decided we were going to the range one day and he wanted to go with us. We all show up and we are shooting targets and my old friend decides he is going to join in. He tries to take his gun out of the holster and it is stuck like someone glued it. Trying to be careful, we yank the gun from its holster and there is a big hunk of pizza cheese (no sheit) at the end of it. I even remember the night when he came over the house (had to be 2 years prior) and he showed up intox and tossed his shoulder holster on the counter near the leftover pizza. It had to be then when the cheese got on the end of his gun. Just thought I would share.
