I took my wife there for our honeymoon. We flew into Montego Bay and stayed in Ochio Rios at club "Couples Resort"- 5 star all inclusive. We did Duns River Falls- it was Super Nice. I will say to stay at your resort and only go into town in groups. Don't leave the beaten path and you'll be fine, but the resorts usually bring vedors in for you to shop, so there is almost no need to leave the grounds. Also- they have the BEST weed and its abundant-LOL
