We're hoping to get some of that work, but apparently their doing a lot themselves (DIY). You wouldn't believe the calls Everlast get from people wanting him to tell them how to do it or what materials to use, etc.

I've been sending out postcard mailers to homeowner in our area. This first of them went out this sprint to homeowner w/ pools trying to market us for pool renovations. We got a pretty good response from that mailer, but this mailer has be nothing but phone calls. We haven't got a job.

Damn, Yellowbook is about to turn us over to a collection agency. We're so far behind on payments on our ad. Yellowpages aren't very happy with us either.

there's some people do shyt up here to market their house and try to get it to sell faster. alot of window and siding work. weird....i've seen alot lately.
what about marketing to banks? kinda a repo clean up/fix up type thing? just a thaught

I hear ya pally. And trust me, I know it would be hard to leave Detroit. But take my word for it, Where I live, it's just as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than Detroit. LOL! I crack myself up. Dude, high tail it out of Detroit. The industry and the residents are dying at a fast pace!
All kidding aside, I would love to have any of the bro's come over and hang out. You, Fuzo, O2, Piggie, Vand..... nevermind.

Hang in there. Had a friend just got laid off from a tyle company he's been with 12 yrs, bud in construction moved back in with his parents and the same with my padna and his roofing company....back with parents and theyre 38-39 yrs old.
Places that have been here since I was a kid closing down. Sad and the economy is better here outside of Nawlins than most.
