eww, the nose. They should've made up their mind if they were gonna go with the traditional beemer headlights style or the other. That ruins the whole thing. Such a simple issue, and they make 2 totally different headlights.wtf???
uck it...I'm picking it apart now. They charge 2 grand too much for something that can't keep up with the top 4. So that makes it $3 or 4 grand too much. But, that's right in line with the other European over-priced garbage. or should I say "rubbish"...Next, I guess it's gotten easy to just trace a good aesthetic original because it's right in line...err, has familar lines. Very Gixxer'ish, with a R6 swing-arm, Kawasaki wheels and notes of each everywhere.
...I just read a little article on it. I was sure it would come equipped with a steering-damper at that price, but nope. nada...And if you want the ABS and traction control, that's another $1480. So BMW is reaching at over $15k for something that couldn't hang with the makes that take the podium from it. But, there's a big but, it does have a BMW logo on it.1 up

MAN, IF THE ENGINEERING ON THAT BIKE IS ANYTHING LIKE THEIR CARS...ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. THEY MAY LOOK NICE BUT MAINTENANCE WILL COST A FORTUNE..ALSO HOW MANY OF THEM HAVE YOU SEEN CROSSING THE FINISH LINE GETTING THE CHECKERED FLAG? IS STICK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE! THAT 750 IS AN AWESOME BIKE!
ITS PROBABLY OVER ENGINEERED FOR WHAT IT IS AND PROBABLY WEIGHS A LOT MORE THAN YOUR RACE READY GSXR

^ditto that! Put Troy Corser on that 750, and I bet he would've took a checkered flag or 3.
I'll jump right on board with 02 and place my dollars on over-engineering to the nth degree, and being not much more than a pain in the ass. and wallet.
You'll see some of those pulling in and out of country-club roads, piloted by geriatric beemer-buffs trying to sport it up. Don't be that guy. You have a gem in that Suzuki. hold whatcha got.1 up

Looks like a Gixxer with 2 engineers unable to decide on a headlight design.
I love the Euro bikes. They are overpriced and v-4's and I can't stand them cuz they aren't inlines. My neighbor was the 998 Ducati. Nice bike and gets attention but I don't see him wanting a piece of my ZX-12R which was about 1/3rd the price.Comment
