ive been looking for some plans or sketches to build my own equipment mostly like a t bar row setup and i remember an old gym i went to had a set up to do bent over rows that you laid your stomach on and loked your feet/legs and could lift bar with handles welded on it while be able to keep back nice and straight and concentrate on lifting the weight.not finding much on web anyone know where to go if if you might have pics of something like it
I built practically everything I have in my home gym except my leg press machine. I used to be a member of our local ymca that had basic old school eqiupment. One day I went there with my tape measure and note bad, made quick little blue prints with all the dimensions of everything I wanted to build. Then went to a local fab shop and purchased all the steel, A fabric shop for seats and padding, Local hardware for pullys and cables. Went home out to the shop began cutting and welding and still use everything today and always will.
I actually did years ago on here and haven't posted pics since, forgot how. lol I know it isn't hard so maybe I'll try and get up some new ones. I built everything for next to nothing also.
I measured a squat rack i liked years ago and went from there.A buddy of mine welded it together for a case of beer and it looks awesome!! Measure, snap some pics and you'll be good to go.
