In hiring a secretary, I do not wish to be burdened with screening uglies. What can I write down so that I won't be sued, but yet I can discourage ugly women from applying?

Auri - try not making the job sound too difficult, like a starting position. You'll end up with a lot of inexperienced young women looking for someone who will show them the "ropes". At least you shouldn't have to deal with the 50 year old 350lb. professional gorillas.

You should post the ad in a bulletin board at a college campus. The students are getting ready for their finals and will be looking for employent. Is this a permanent full-time position or a temp thing?
Put in the add
"Business is oriented around the fashion industry. There's a good chance that this position could include doing small modeling jobs if interested"
You'll get so many good looking women inspiring to be models.
Then at the interview state right away "We had a fallout with our partner based in the fashion industry" and let em know there's no chance of doing any modeling.

If you word something to the effect that your looking for girls with lots of self confidence it weeds out all the not so good looking girls who usually have confidence problems. Its sad but true.
