spider webs

we have spider webs all over the bushes where I live. Ive never seen this before.We have had more spiders in our house then ever before. has this happen to anyone. its like a wave of spiders moving in our area its crazy. does the landscapers supposed to treat bushes for this or something

They say that spiders are great for a yard because they catch and kill all the other insects but when your bushes are covered with webs, that's alittle creepy. I'm sure some Raid would do the trick if you really wanted to get rid of em Fuz..
P.S.-It sounds like a scene from Arachnaphobia!

I was laying on the couch and I killed 2 of them friggin things.I flung one off my arm and I had to find it or I wouldnt be able to sleep

If I see like one of those tiny ones in the house. I'll let it go for the reason somebody said above. They eat other insects that mess with humans. Of course we're not talking about a dangerous spider. The thing is an 1/8 the size of those little jumping spiders.
But it sounds like you have a little more than a spider you've seen once a year. What I use for inside and out is Ortho Home Defense. That shyt will take care of any insect problem. I only have to use it like once every other month, and this is the south. It's bug time all year, pretty much. Pick up a Gallon container of Ortho Home Defense. It comes with a sprayer, everything you need. It's like $15-$20. Lasts me about a year. For your spider issue, I would set it on spray, and spray the bushes real good, then set it on (stream) and get around the outside perimeter. Then get the inside baseboards, and for the spiders, I would hit the corner of the cielings and walls. When everybody goes to bed. Set it back to (spray) and spray the whole floor.
The only bug you'll see, if any, will be dead or dieing over the next couple days. Then you're bug free.

It sounds like a spider might have had babies inside there. They have like 100 babies when they do. I would hose that place down.

They are really bad this year. We have one on the front porch we named Charlotte....haha and actually watched a moth get caught in her web and she swung down to eat it!

We've got them in our house. I drives me nuts. When I clean house, I try to knock them all down, but they always come back. I'd much rather have them outside than inside. They just give me the creeps.
