I would like to know what percentage of males compared to females have been laid-off throughout this little recession.
I don't ever hear of, or see, any women in the position of having to sit at the house because of company lay-offs. I'm sure there are, but I'm thinking that much fewer females are getting cut than males. And what would be the reasoning. Females are hard workers, but I know that allot of companies lay off those that can take more with them. There were also studies years ago that showed females getting paid less to do the same jobs as their male counterpart. Whch I know that recently, that gap has been closing.
Just wondering. Thank God for every female that hasn't lost her job while companies are easily handing out indefinite lay-offs.
