Good news
Today I have some good news to share with everyone. I just signed a contract on my house. The closing date is Aug 24th! A pray has been answered and it feels so good to have this burden taken off us.

The was really though. He offer $80,000 the first time, but that wouldn't even pay off my mortgage. The bank wouldn't even touch short selling it because I wasn't going into foreclosure. I'm breaking even on it once the commissions are taken out. I'm just glad to get out from under the payments.Comment
