well...ended up having to choose between 2 jobs!!! i got another offer friday night, then sat. he called again and we put together a pay plan. neither job has a payplan thats anything to do cartwheels about, but i need a job!!! the second job is closer, has a few more perks and i have all the freedom in the world (very old school dealer...NO COMPUTERS, lol...everything written by hand!!). the first one, i'd still have to meet with the gm, it's more corporate and the $ is limited to the units that the store does...i'd have to count on my salespeople. while i've been a manager for years, i think i just want to stick with sales right now and worry about me!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
