^thanks HP. Todays ride was excellent. did a lot of hills. My 1st real ride in 20 years. crashed once and the helmet saved my life. LOL..the helmet now has a pretty good sized nick and scratch on it and .I went down and my head hit the corner of a huge sharp rock...didnt feel it AT all but without the helmet, it would have been a serious injury...my right hand is sore in the knuckle joints and im hoping its just cuz havent ridin.

Sounds like you had a good time! Dirtbikes are a blast!
Only went down once. That's good! Glad you got that helmet on your noggin, huh? I'm sure no-one will ever have to tell you to slip your hat on real quick. It'll go on if you straddle that machine for any, and every, ride, right bro?

That's why I don't ride dirt anymore, and haven't in years. You're gonna bust, and I can't afford broken bones. I mean, most motorcycle owners know that every bike will hit the ground sometime. But dirtbikes are ass busters, and I was the worst. I pushed my luck everytime we went riding, and sometimes ended up in the back seat of my brother's Bronco laid-out, hurting bad.lol...I just always got too comfy on 'em. It was always not too many laps after I thought, "oh I got this"...then I'm laying on the ground trying to catch my breath, lol.

I imagine that monster has a heck of a powerband.
They ran the 450 4 strokes with the 250 2 stroke class, in the AMA MotoX, when some of the guys were first running the 4 strokes, correct?

But i am certain about the helmet. You definitely make me stop and think about the risk involved with his sport. I go out riding with my friends and they are hauling ass...LOL...I am not going to care because Im barely getttin used to using the brake...LOL
