Bull sheit. Their are five photos in total. Two of him looking at this girl, two of another and then one of another poor young woman. All other women outside the shot he just happened to be looking at being helped up the stairs?

Sorry FUZO, I'll have to disagree because of my own personal experiences when I was in LE.

Sometime in 1994 (I think), the great mayor of New Orleans, Marc Morial (who is the son of the best mayor the city ever had) created a Summer Youth Employment Program in order to keep our youths off of the street and minimize juvenile crime. And the city actually had a major decrease of juvenile crime since it began. Anyhow FUZO, I had the pleasure, or should I say TORTURE, of working security in a couple of the city buildings for years during that period. I remember that in the Summer of 1995, I met quite a few teenage girls who truly did not look 16 or 17 years old. Mind you, I didn't act perverted with them or anything. I was often approached by young girls who had started working in the building and needed directions to their assigned departments. And I can honestly say that one in particular made me consider breaking off my engagement that year. Although she was only 17, she'd told me that she was making 18 in a couple of months.

In all respect, I must say that I've seen alot of young ladies walking in and out of those buildings every summer and other male officers and myself were often questioning whether they were legal or not. lol

I remember when I was 23 or 24 or 24, I dont remember my neighbor her niece was in Canada for the whole summer. Imagine a nice tall german, yummy! I started flirting her, and all until she told me she was 15 going on to 16!
