We were shopping for some stuff yesterday a sports store and they had this stand up punching bag called a century wave master. Now these go for say$150 they are adjustable in hieght and the store was ging out of business and I got one for only $35 what a steal

I got one at the house the only thing I don't like about it is that it move alot when really pounding it. I have to leave it outside. I also paid a lot more for mine, you got a great deal. J.R.Comment

They have the bag that's shaped like the torso of a man that I like to punch a couple times when I walk by it at Sports Authority. I could only find this thing. It's a little differenht. Actually looks better than the flesh colored one.
There's nothing like giving a heavy-bag a good workout though. You can really build some good power and stamina with a heavy bag.1 up
