  • Gear in bloodwork

I just got scheduled for minor hand surgery for 7/14. For pre-op testing they drew blood and i am awaiting the results.

The possibility of minor hand surgery has been has been on my table for over a year. Docs wanted to wait till i completly healed from a prior hand surgery. As such, this scheduling just happened.

Currently I am on 500mg of mixed test and 300mg deca and have been for 4weeks.

Will this show in my bloodwork and prevent me from having the surgery?

    I am nervous about this.

    Thanks for your help

it will show in your blood work if they test you for steroids. when they do blood work they are trying to make sure your liver values and cholesterol values are all in order.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. There are routine blood draws that are done before surgeries, i.e. cbc, cmp. The only thing you may see are some slight changes in RBC (red blood cell) count, due to testosterone usage.

Indication of steroid usage may reflect on your liver counts if they are high and youwould have to have a specific test for Testosterone levels to show any indication of usage as well. Even if theses levels were checked and they were high, that is NOT absolute proof that you are using gear.

      Good luck with surgery!

you will be fine man they could care less if your on cycle for surgery. You could go do a pre employment drug screening with blood work and they wouldn't notice. Ask me how i know this?

Yes, baby is correct. The gear use will show an inrease in reb blood cell count but not to any point that would stop you from having surgery OR that they will think you are on gear.
