skinfold calipers

i just got 2 different skinfold calipers... the accu-measure and the slim guide. my question is, which one do you guys think is the most accurate? because the slim guide gives a reading of anywhere from 1 to 3 mm's less than the accu-measure. so when i do the seven point calculation the slim guide can be about 2 or 3% less than the accu-measure. thanks guys.

i think slim guide but you almost have to mark your skin with a sharpie to get the same spots everytime...lol

I have no idea on this one...I heard calipers are a waste of money though.
