    Supreme Court: Strip-search of 13-year-old girl was illegal
    The decision sets the standard for how far school officials can go in conducting searches of students' property.


    Washington - Administrators at an Arizona middle school violated the privacy rights of a 13-year-old girl when they strip-searched her in a fruitless attempt to find prescription drugs, the US Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

    In an 8 to 1 decision, the justices said the strip search of Savana Redding, an eighth-grade honors student, was an unconstitutional invasion of the girl's personal privacy.

    I would literaly go to the school and get thrown in jail for beating the fuk out of who ever teacher did this Fuk them

              It doesn't suprise me that Clarence Thomas was the only one. He strip searched Anita Hill and fully supported it!

                  The people that did that are either real stupid and lucked out, or chose wisely. lucked out, meaning the girl's father is a different kind of man, cause I couldn't imagine any father that wouldn't take that battery charge with pride. It might actually go manslaughter once ya set eyes on the twisted fuk. bare muthafukin handed too.
