    AT THE LAST DEALERSHIP I WORKED AT, WE SOLD THESE. THEY GET TITLED AS A MOTOR CYCLE SO THEY CAN BY PASS THE SAFTY REGULATIONS OF THE D.O.T........
    rumor is, this is the direction they're (the gov) is looking to take our automotive industry into...this is on of the auto's being looked at by penske for the new "saturn"....lol. thats gonna be great
