This is actually a normal occurance.... one of my best friends is a prison guard in the CDC. Any inmate who comes to prison already in the process of becoming a chick comtinues with the process once he gets in. You obviously don't just wake up and say hey chop of my c0ck and give me a vag. You have to go through a long process of hormone conditioning. Which means they also continue that. So someone can go in and need to take drugs for a year to get their body ready for having a vag. Meanwhile we are paying for these drugs. Then they do the operation and we pay for that too.... gotta love California!!!
