On my hip. It all started about 2 years ago but the pain has moved to oether areas and is much worse now. Doc said I have 2 signs of "hip impingement" but he has to go in ther to see what else may be wrong. So arthoscopic surgery is set for the end of July. Anyone know anyone who has had this ?

How long ago was that and how did her recover go? That was not an arthoscopic procedure, was it?
I am going on 41 and if I don't have this taken care of now, eventually it will turn into a replacement.Veritas Vos Liberabit

A scope shouldn't be to bad. I guess that's just to find the problem. Then they'll fix it, correct?
Just having a scope, is still at least 2 to 3 months recovery with 2 weeks on crutches. And that also depends on what is found or repaired during surgery. Don't know how long I will be out of work since my job requires standing. Hopefully not for long though.Veritas Vos Liberabit
