Re: anybody drive an Infinity?
Just for the record Infinity is made by Nissan as Lexus is made by Toyota- nothing but upgraded models - definately better though. The "C" ceries Benz is the entry of Benz and has not been re-vamped in many years. The "3" series BMW is their entry line- it has had 2 diffent revamps in the last 4-5 years- just food for thought

Re: anybody drive an Infinity?
i had 2005 a G35 coupe. Real nice interior, peppy at 298hp and sporty. When i bought, Nissan's V6 is rated number one based on acceleration, durability etc. What i didn't like was the cost to fix a Nissan. I had a 2002 Maxima and smacked a Mercedes 5 series oulling out if the gym. Cost twice as much to fix the maxima over the benz. maybe that was due to the location of the hit on my car at the time

Re: anybody drive an Infinity?
I got my girl a G35 sedan last year. Very nice car, and she loves it. It was a close call b/w a BMW 325i and the G35. I'm partial to euro-cars, but definitely the G35 is better than a Benz C230.
Benz infected its bloodlines when it merged with Chrysler all those years ago. They realized the mistake and dumped Chrysler. However the 2nd generation C-class came out while Chrysler was still part of Daimler. I've heard a good number of tales about mechanical problems and the like that suggested to me Chrysler's legacy lived on in the C-class.
In short - Good call on the G35
