I am thinking about joining Gold's Gym because one is opening up down the street from my house and I was just wondering if it is really worth the money. Right now I work out at a local gym that is not very large but has everything that you need minus air conditioning.

I joined cause in my college town that was all that was there. It was a good gym. There spread out in the DFW area but the one I found I like its just kind of a drive from where I am now.Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat. - Teddy Roosevelt -

Golds gym's are usually pretty good. Nothin special about them tho, and I find the membership kinda spendy..RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

they go to the gym to give us a reason to get in shape, you women who work out are a lot faster than you look.
