Mike Tyson has lived a pain-filled life, some of it his own doing and much of it the work of others, who took advantage of his fame and his money-making prowess.

But of all the tragedies that have befallen Michael Gerard Tyson in his 42 years on this Earth, nothing can compare to the pain and heartache he must be suffering after the death of his 4-year-old daughter, Exodus.

Exodus Tyson died in a Phoenix hospital on Tuesday following an accident on a treadmill a day earlier in her home.

he was never the same after buster douglas.He seemed to be a really nice kid when he was living with cus d'amato. I think he has a kind heart, beneath it all.. His life just seemed to take a wrong turn and he kept going downhill. I cant help but feel sorry for him. Hopefully he has good people around him now to help him through this.

tragic for sure, another sad part to this man's life...most of it of his own doing but no one likes to see a child hurt

Nothing scares me worse as being a father than losing a child. The deep end would be very close for sure.
I haven't seen the documentary on him that was just done but I hear it really changes the perspective on him.

hey I want to see that documentary on him. I was a big mike tyson fan back in the eighties and I followed his career pretty close. Hes a smart guy. He was a real historian of the sport and studied books on the history of boxing. But in public he almost seemed to be schizophrenic. He had so many different personalities. sometimes, he was humble and polite. at other times he would be a homicidal psychopath. he went to prison for rape on some pretty flimsy accusations. Maybe he can make a comeback into the spotlight again in some way, maybe a personality again and maybe he could be an inspiration to people. the guy was so unpredictable. like when he bit off holyfields ear. havent paid much attention to anything he's done in the last ten years. I think he got hooked on cocaine and lost all his money.
I think there will be an outflowing of compassion for him. Hopefully he will embrace it.
such a tragic life, maybe some how it can have a happy ending.

My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to him and his family. What's worst, her 7 year old brother found her and that may stay with him for the rest of his life.
