Yes, I was flying from cal to colorado one day when the pilot comes on and says 'We have a problem with one of our engines, so we're going to turn around and land it in phoenix"...wtf???...Why even tell us? I didnt want to know. I swear I thought it was all over for us at that point. It was not pleasant at all. Everyone on that plane was shitting bricks. did it make the newspapers? NO! This shit probably happens more than they let anyone know

Same ****in here!!! Pilot comes on saying we are descending at an accelerated rate b/c they are having to shut down an engine as soon as we land....AND that all lights will go out except the lil lights that line the aisle!!!!!!

I almost flipped the fuk out!!!! We landed and were just happy to be alive!!!!

Give me 3 valiums and a couple Long Island Iced teas and I may board a flight!!!!!

I have to respectfully disagree. I doubt God sits in heaven, points out a plane that a couple hundred people are on and say....Hmmmmm, why dont i make this plane have engine trouble and an crash into the ground bursting into a fiery inferno.......

Just got back from Mexico and flew with AirTran. Boeing 737 and it wasn't bad. Some pilots can make it better than others. I had flown last year and thought the plane was going to come down. But all is good. Thanks forthe swine flu, the trip to Mexico only had 20 people on the plane that sets around 160 . I will continue to fly, when it is your time to go , it is your time to go.

Read the book of Job! Besides Job, everywhere in the Bible there are examples of God allowing things to happen to various people.

Ive read it and there are no fiery plane crashes with burning bodies in it!!!!
