I've read a bunch of reviews on them, and I'm wanting to try them. They seem very easy and convenient when you're in a hurry. I know the downside is, they're a bit pricey. But there's 42g of protein in a 3 oz drink. If you never heard of them, google "Protein shots 42g"

I maybe shouldn't be making a post on this at this time considering I haven't tried either one of the protein shots.....however..... I would like to keep this post alive because I would seriously like to hear what people have to say about these things because my work schedule forces me into what can be long hours of work and products like these "protein shots" could really help me out when I can't get a good meal in.....

i have seen the ones at wal-mart that are like 28 grams and i have tried them but honestly they seemed to me like a waste of money. did nothing for recovery and honestly i think you would get more benefit from a protein bar
Well, I ordered a few cases last night after the Pacman KO. That put a few extra dollars in my pocket. Don't ask me why, but I have an OCD disorder of when I want to try something, I don't buy just one to try it. I feel the need to order 100! Watch, after the first one, I'll be selling them on ebay. I heard people like the fruit punch and blue raspberry the best. I'll keep you posted.

I haven't tried it but what is hard about adding protein powder to your shaker cup and carrying that around with you? You just add water. Unless you working in the middle of the desert.
