Anyone shop at 'Trader Joes' or 'Whole Foods'?

Have been thinking about going the organic and natural route when buying groceries. I know it is more expensive but do any of you shop at these stores? What do you think of their stuff?

we don't that particular one down here, but we have alot of local growers that I sometimes buy from

I've shopped at Trader Joe's on and off. I love the food, for sure. And it's not as expensive as you think - in many cases it is much cheaper than a chain grocery store. You should definitely check it out for yourself. The only think that keeps me form going more is the distance.
