If you have a thick beard shaving every day can be a hassle. You mentioned your neck. Is your hair dark? Are you light medium or dark skinned? I ask because laser hair removal works wonders. The lighter the skin and the darker the hair, the less treatments needed. The neck area without trying to creat a specific hairline would be cheap.

I have to shave every day, sometimes twice a day on the weekends if we go out for dinner.
I suggest using cold water to rinse your razor of shaving cream. I had the same problem. I start by using cold water to slightly dampen my beard, then rinse with razor with cold water. Also, I dry my blades as much as possible before putting the razor away. It helps stop the blade from becoming pitted and rusty on the edges. The sharper the edge, the less friction on the skin.

Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!
I shave my head and face every other day to 3 days. I have a bad case of ingrown hairs. I use this product called Skin Tight to help reduce the recurrence of razor bumps. It stings, but it works! My razor bumps have diminished quite a bit.
