this is dumb of course his body is going to dump off all the extra weight when he goes back to eating right and working out. His body is use to weighing 12 stone and so it's going to want to get back there. no if he put on the weight and kept it there for 2 years then lost it i think he would have a harder time. although he obviously has good genetics anyways
