impressive but almost too much. those arms have to limit his motion a bit. especially reaching up to his head for hygene.Comment

i dont think so, stretching is key for not limiting your motion. stretching is also very key in getting big, if you do not stretch the muscle it will never get as big as you would like. i have made much better gains after i started stretching more. just my $.02Originally posted by skinnyman View Post
