Thats 100% rude and irresponsible of your neighbor. yes, I say the dog needs to be shot and yes, hide the carnage..dig a hole and be ready to throw that dog in the hole..maybe you could do it at night and nobody will see...Im a serious animal rights person, but a 13 year old daughter comes FIRST!...and besides, that dog is only vicious because the phucked up owners made him like that...phuckers.

is it a mean dog in general? then cap his ass. i know my american bulldog and my 1/2 pit 1/2 boxer play rough but they would never intentionally hurt anyone. they like to knock people and little kids over playing but they dont bite.

I think you should shoot it and then call the sheriff and tell him the dog was growling at your daughter - so you shot it and have the sheriff call the owner up and tell him to come get his dogs carcass.
