My friend just sent me a draft. This is the most confusing piece of legislation I've ever seen. Everything refers to prior legislation and just changes the numbers The midnight sentate appropriations comittee is hanging around until everyone is asleep to add 5-15 billion in pork to it (this is a guess on my part). Obama is really painting himself into a corner here??? I don't get it.

WTF? how does he think that handing out MORE welfare is going to help this economy? this president is going to go down as the worst ever, and this whole bill is a HUGE HUGE mistake.. Billions for road repair? WTF? We are scraping for money and were going to spend billions to fix roads?? come on
