When i am stressed out i go to the gym and bang the heavy bag. other than sex (i am married but might as well be celibate) it really mellows me out.
i do 5-6, 3 minute rounds. dosnt sound like alot but even with 4 oz gloves i get wore out quick. try jumping rope between rounds for an even more intense workout.
when i am done i havent got the energy to be stressed out.
anybody else have good stress relief tips?
