the dash cam vid showed him arguing with the cop and stumbling around. enough to convict. the big thing was he parked on the curb up against a tree (not a motorcycle it was a car) and he threw up at the jail. (they cant administer a breath test for 20 minutes after pukage)

My son had traffic court on Wednesday - he said the judge was in a great mood and was dismissing everyone's tickets.
Sounds like you made the right decision on the jerkwad above - he could have killed someone!

I have had to DWI's and refused the test on both and pleaded no contest- wound up with 6months of AA and 2 year probation

always tell them you want a blood test... much more accurate, and sometimes they wont even bother if your close because they have to take you to a hospital and its a pain in the ass
