    decissions....

    i hate this type of shyt. the guy i came here to work with is about to be let go. they approched me about taking his position...this guy, the manager now, is a GREAT car guy. knows what he's doing and gets places ROCKIN!! well, they didnt let him do what he needed to do and they fuked with his pay (as well as everyone elses)....i dont know that i want to take the job to begin with, but i have a issue with taking it from him.
    they explained to me that they fuked with his pay to get him to quit...he's their cusin and didnt want to fire him, but if they played dumb about him pay, they thaught he'd quit. they decided to let him go.
    they also squeezed the inventory off...they played as though they were out of money...we all knew better. these guy's pockets are DEEP. 100mil+ deep!
    i dont know what to do....i told them i'd think about it over the weekend...i'd write up a pay plan and a plan of attack and if they want it, sign it...if not...move on.
    i'm still confused

    Whatever you decide to do, is okay with me. You would know better about the situation.

      I feel for you car guys sometimes as i know some of what goes on in them dealerships.
      If they did it to him they would do it to you.I couldn't work for retards, so i would stay in the pos your in or tell them to go suck a fat man's azz and bolt. jus my 2cc's

        my original thaughts too...but now...i talked to john and told him what was going on. he told me to take it!! he's pissed, but not at me...there's nothing going on up here and he says they have a very high opinion of me and that i could PROBOLY get a good weekly, NON-CHARGBACKABLE, draw against my commision and be fine. we both agree it'd be short time, but if the pay plans done right, with the right saftey nets, there's no reason not to take it....he's buying a store and is about 6 weeks from turning key. at which point he's gonna want me there and then i can bail....

          as long as you know what your dealing with up front and the moneys good- take it, but just be prepared if they turn on you.

                    It definately sounds like a good plan. I would still get it all in writing so you would have something to show them in case they tried to do the same to you. If your friend is OK with the decission, then take it, make some good cash, and enjoy that things are starting to turn around for you.
                    I f he goes in business and offers you a job, check it out. Never can hurt if you can better yourself.

                      You know the biz. It's no surprise they put your guy on his feet.
                      As said already. Just keep rolling with the tide. Things seem to be going your way again, so if they'll satisfy your needs, full steam ahead. Cross the next bridge as it comes.

                              ok...got it donr i guess...we both had to move a little, but it think it's gonna workout fine!!! now comes the hard part. no inventory, no banks, no money, no floor plan, this should be fun, lol
