I know the Mayor of Jacksonville Fla. has his hand out for $760mil , cuz he sent an Email to all of his employees telling us of his econmonic plan to revitalize Jax. He was so happy that he was invited to Obama's conference on growth. If the Mayor and the reigning political party hadn't been raping the city coffers for the last 12 years we wouldn't need any of this. J.R.
