I work at a hospital and they are opening up a fitness center in Feb. It is not huge and all the equipment is pretty much cable machines but they are smooth. I went and looked at them today. They have alot of good cario stuff though. I think it is pretty cool that they are finally doing this. I will definately be able to get my cardio in. I may not use the weight as much because I work out at home, but we will see. It will help regardless!!

We've heard that the company that is buying the company I work for makes everyone work late... like 7:00 - 7:30 pm every night. Its really going to be a problem for my training, because the extra long work hours plus my commute that double since we moved out of town will put me getting home so late that I won't have time for anything but work, train and sleep. I'm really dreading it.

That really sucks!! I thought about working out here now and having my evenings off instead of working out at home.
