After losing 80 pounds of mostly bodyfat, my goal is to lose the last 25, maybe in 3 months.
I also want to try to begin going to church again. Although it's not easy when you get off of work at 6:30 on Sunday mornings.Loved by some, Hated by most, but RESPECTED BY ALL

Professionally... To finalize getting part ownership in the company I work for.
Personally..... I will be trying to increase my muscle mass and lowering my BF to the 10% range.Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
Take nothing I say as serious, What do I know, I sell water!!
