If she doesn't like the idea of him cheating - - she can simply leave.
I would have problably killed her from hitting her so hard but it would have been justified in all likelyhood IF it was done at the instant of the BITING!!
An extreme hit to the side of her head in the temple aread may have done it.
It would at least be worth a try.
