The good samaritan law

assumes that in an accident and while on the moment and the first moment of the accident, witness or bystander reacts immediately, since they do not know the situation they are not responsible for the injuries that could occur resulting from getting move out of a car.

Either way if the good samaritan didnt acted he could have been charged too!

so I understand the woman and what happening with her it is sad, but she must prove it was the samaritan fault and how morally ethic it is to sue someone who tried to save your life.

It is time for a reform of the judicial system in the US, it is a free for all!

yeeeeaaaa....i gotta address that whole "wrong" thingy...i MIGHT have been wrong, if there WASNT imminant danger...but if there was, I WAS RIGHT!!!! (for the record...i may have been right...actually, there's just as good as a chance that i am right as there is that i'm wrong!!...i'm a pretty positive, glass full kinda guy, so i'm going ahead with the "i'm right" option...yea...thats better...i'm right! your wrong! it's, again, how it should be)

Watch it again - they said she thought it was going to catch fire, i.e. there was no imminent danger but in her overly dramatic mind.
