    Doing it without any AS supplementing is a real ***** and I'm dropping weight so fast its not funny.

    Nothing like going from my alltime high at #205 down to #178 today!!!!! WTF, I'm getting screwed here.

    Have no fear test will soon be here!

      That does suck, especially when you work so hard for the muscle. Then to loose it in a few weeks, agh.

        I feel you pain. I dont know why people tell me, maybe they've said it to you all too, but they prefer me being smaller and cut, than big and massive. I dont wanna just be big and massive, I wanna be big massive and cut. I think that looks better.

          I got a buddy who can cut and still maintain weight at the same time. he never gets above 10% BF even when he bulks. Damn I'm jealous. I also lose weight and size so fast when trying to get rid of the fat.

            I have one of those friends too! Hate those f'ers! lol

            Personally, I gain VERY well, and I maintain VERY easy, thats not a good thing while cutting...I have to fight for EVERY % drop! HIIT training seems to be about the best thing so far. But Im not exactly natural on it...lol

                My sisters ex was like that. The bastard was like around 10% bf or less. He pops to cut up and doesnt loose shit. I guess he just lost bodyfat or something no muscle. Im here *****ing, cause when I cut down I lose some 5 pounds or so. For me 5 pounds is alot of weight.

                  Yea I hate to lose 5 pounds because I know some of it is muscle. I have to keep my calories up and my BF up to maintain strength.

                        Well my neighbor said I was looking great as I went to get my mail with no shirt on. lol. But I feel like a damn twig. Correction, I am a damn twig.

                        My stats make me feel gay right now. Even with my protien up there I still just keep shedding muscle weight.

                        My body so badly wants to weigh #140 I think.
