"Too Lead First You Must Understand"


since i am a leadership trainer, i would say on average i understand 80% of all folks, and since 1% or so have serious phscy propblems, there always was the other 15% that i could get a handle on, yet not into the deep bowels of how they think

i finally got it, figured it all out

and now that I do, I'm totally 100% cool with george

i had always known in the guys heart of heart he believed with every portion of his being he was doing the right thing

what the problem was, was me making sense of HOW he could have such a believe

so i must now thank george, you have made me a better merican, by thinking hard about u i have discovered valuable information

and in one week what i have learned has already changed peoples life

it is like a personal gift

every thing happens for a reason and it serves our purpose

what i have learned is key to my purpose

so, george, thank you

ok...i'll bite...wtf did you learn in a week that was so enlightning? what, that he's the worse manager in the world and cant help be'ing manipulated into any decission that presents itself in a shiny wrapper?

how he thinks, his thought process

an a + b + c = decision theory

which i already know and have

it is how that equation works in a Crisis

which again, i know generally how most work

there has always been a portion of folks 15% that were elusive, a mystery, and fwiw, i have had more success with these folks than anyone in the coaching community

yet, i could lead the proverbial horse to water, and i could get them too taste the water, yet, not drink

and it was hard on me because they would stay around the water and not drink, they would stand there not drinking until they were dying of thirst and then they would go take a sip or two be refreshed and go back too not drinking
