          Aragorn,
How do I change the pixels of the avatar to meet the required size without cutting the image?
I have Photo deluxe, would that do the trick, and if so, how do I do that. Also, how do I get rid of the 'canvas' so that it is not a part of the avatar? (does that make any sense?)

How do you set them up? Do you have to down load them or something?

Have you saved the pic as a jpeg instead of a bitmap? This is the common mistake...as a jpeg file is the choice you want. To do this just click on the file button and click save as...from there click the drop down menu in save as file...and click jpeg file. Then click save. There you go you're avatar should be good to go.

You don't have to download them but you can save it to a file on your computer. When you find an avatar you like, right click on the picture, then click "save picture as", from there you should now have it on your computer.

I saved mine as a jpg. but it's too big, how do I change the damn pixles on this thing without cutting the edges off the avatar? Also, as a jpg, my avatar ends up with no movement

I'm stumped with the moving avatars as they give me seizures but send the pic to username and he'll fix you right up, or post the pic you want to use and I'm sure some one will help you right out

Well to answer your question you will have to get a program that will condense a jpg down to a smaller size. paintshop, Photo shop etc. I am sure there are others but these are the one's I use. JPG's use a compression method, that is why Aragorn told you to save as a jpg. Their compreassion ratio is like 1:2. With other forms of software you can change that ratio, but it may make the pic grainy. But really all you need to do is get a graphic program, such as the one's I mentioned and simply resize to 100x100.
Paintshop I think has a 30 day demo you can download from their site. Of course you can go to Kaaza and punch in a search for PSP7 or Paintshop and download a cracked version.. but I didn't tell ya to do that..

(I've played around with the pixels, but it cut the sides of the avatar, and I DIDN'T like it...hehe
