i started at this place about 11am yesturday....what a nightmare! it's bad enough that the biz is fuked up, but the way this place is structured....it's amazing they are even still in biz. this computer is about 20 yrs old!!! i shyt you not!! it take 15mins to go ANYWHERE on this thing. i'm in the middle of the showroom, so EVERYONE walks by me!! i got alot of shyt to change around here...i'll try to come on when i can, but who knows!

Don't tell me they still have dial up?? Those old annoying fax machine type sounds on the dial up modem when you're calling in. LOL! That's why you're there pally. Get them to spend some money, and upgrade them to the 21st century. Then get them rolling in the dough. Good luck.

i'm not the salesmanager so it's kinda akward. i catch myself kinda giving out an order and these guy's look at me like a dog looks at a sound it dont understand! i gotta keep reminding myself that i'm not here for them, i'm here for me....but thats against my nature....it's tuff

I know what you mean, bro. When I was with LE in the Big Easy (working auto theft), we were still using IBM computers with the huge modem that sits under the monitor. Funny thing is that everytime you press the keys on the keyboard, you hear a click like a typewriter.

Well, you're just "the new guy" to 'em right now. Before you know it, they'll be looking at you with respect because you're displaying your natural satature. One thing is you don't have the responsibility during this time. It ain't dave's fault...know what I mean? All you'll get is, "good job dave". or when those natural leadership suggestions slip out, "good call dave". and zero worry for others...for now at least.
