I eat everything! And since I have a split family I eat everything three times in one day. Then I take leftovers from everyone's houses to eat over the next few days! Its time to put weight on, right? -

I watch what I eat. Not a day for carb loading in my opinion. Its just like every other day. I will indulge in some pie and cool whip though!A faithful heart makes wishes come true.

Eat everything in sight...rest..eat more...rest and watch football...eat more...rest...take bromoseltzer...eat...and so on...I will get outside and run or do some form of physical labor just to balance out the overcomsumption...oink oinkComment

I will haave some of just about everything, but watch the portion sizes.
The last few years I have not stuffed myself with one large meal, but will have several small meals during the day.Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!
