Up and moving @ 5:00 am every morning except on Sundays. Been doing it now for 5 years. Usually go to sleep sometime between 8-11 PM.

The wife loves to sleep and would stay in bed until noon if I let her. I like getting up in the mornings and reading the paper on the back porch with my cup of coffee.

About 5:00AM on weekdays to train. Gotta be in the office by 9:00AM.Vet here and there....
