New to the board, but NOT new to the scene. I am a MOD over at Anabolic Forum. Looking forward to getting to know a lot of you and sharing information.

A little about me: 44, 6'2" 272lbs, approximately 10%BF. Been training seriously for the past 3 years, but on and off for as long as I can remember. Will be doing my first MAJOR competition in late July, The Southwest Texas State Bodybuilding Championship.

I like the layout and color scheme of this board. Easy on us 'Old Farts' eyes.
