Now, South America is very tempting......I can have my mountains and have the beach as well. But, I'm pretty sure South America is going to be one hell of a fight. You ever fight a guy all jacked up on blow? You hit him, he goes down and then pops right back up. lol Just imagine thousands of guys all jacked up on blow. Yeah, we would need a special weapon.....we would need something with a very high killing ability and a very short life span.....something that could wipe out a population and then have no signs of every existing......yeah....that's what we need. I'll start mixing some cleaning products together and try it out on the kids in the neighborhood I don't like and report back.

Yep, still alive and building up this floor plan thing. I met with this one guy who is a young, motivate and aggressive RE agent and he's is psyched about the product. I also told him that I would discount the appraisal fee if he orders one with a floor plan order. He is all over that and we are currently working on a presentation letter for him to give to potential clients. His approach will be that he will be able to show them the current fair market value and use a tool to drive more buyers to their home, this is the guy I've been waiting for. When I drive through some of the higher end areas of town, I see a few of his signs in just about every one of those areas, so I know he's getting out there and pounding the streets. He also has this 'spend more now' mentality because everyone else is too affraid to spend money. I have no doubt this guy will be knocking of the Top 25 door in a year or two. I currently have like three of the top 25 and I'm working on four more of them right now. Once I can get my product associated with several agent in the top 25, the others jump on board. If you want to get somewhere in life, just watch the people that are already there.

Anyway, how are you holding up these days? Have you heard about national valuation services yet? I'm one of the Colorado coordinators and we are trying to get CO going. Cali is already competing with AMCs and doing good but we need more appraisers here in CO. Basically, it's an appraisal portal (for a lack of a better word) that is owned and operated by appraisers. You get a much higher fee and they will set limits on the number of appraisers and it's a rotation thing like VA. So, if your market can handle things with 20 appraisers, for example, and there are 400 orders then everyone gets 20 that month. This way there can't be any favorites or hook ups or any of that. Also, the fee for a state is the fee and that's that. There won't be any of this 'I'll do it for $50 less for more orders' crap. I have spoked to both the Pres and VP and I'm pretty excited that this can be a good solution to AMCs if it gets going. You might want to google it and see if you like. The cost will be a yearly membership fee and it will be about the price of one appraisal. So far, it sounds like a good deal but we'll see.
