08 Aha! Now that the Gallup Poll weightings are out, we can see how they have cooked the books...

They are using a party weighting of 39% Dems, 31% Independents, and only 29% Repubs


And they aren't factoring in that about 20% of dems are PUMA's voting for McCain

I don't look into polls to much. I hear them and all, and sometimes they are very accurate, however this race could go either way imo. There are a lot of undecided voters.

Polls drive me nuts,CNN said the military was voting obama and thats because they used the 10 people thay could find saying they were voting for him.......they work it every which way in their favor

I returned from my 4th trip to Iraq last month, and was in Afghanistan for one deployment. My experience is that the troops overwhelmingly support McCain...by a landslide. Don't get me wrong, there are Obama supporters, it just seems to be more in favor of McCain. Democrats might be big spenders but national defense is not one of the areas they tend to spend on.

Well he is full of it. I imagine you could guess which ones are for Obama. But pretty much the rest of the majority are for McCain.
