        Re: Happy halloween

Halloween has been my daughter's favorite holiday, no shyt. She liked it better than Christmas. Well she's obviously hit the age where she has developed a good sense of fear because I've noticed lately while watching her favorite program, Goosebumps, she'll get right up on me and squeeze my arm during 'scary' parts. So last night, she made us call my mother's house and make sure that my mom's husband doesn't dress up this year because she's now scared of it. Then we make it out trick or treating. The 3rd house we go to, just catty-corner to mom's house, the guy is all dressed up and got it set up all scary like every year, but this year she wanted nothing to do with it. We got her to go to 1 more house and she was done. So I guess Halloween isn't her favorite anymore. It kinda sucked. I wanted more candy.

There was a definate change in the candy my kids got this year. Alot less and alot less chocolate. They were happy but noticed. It all worked out because they hit my neighbor's house (they have 3 new cars - one of them a benz) and scored the left over candy - I expect a day a bouncing kids!

My daughter got lots of chocolate! I will really have to be disciplined!!! She also had a hard time falling asleep, probaly from to much sugar and she did get scared, here and there, from some of the costumes.

We had fun and the weather was sunny and 65 here!
