The Market is UP - Another Bellweather for McCain

This has been mentioned in some of our threads - that every time Obama had a lead the market was down, and when McCain is moving up the market is up.
The market is having a comeback of sorts this week and up today - a Friday.

Investors know they will fair much better under a McCain economic policy than an Obama one.

In essence they are betting on McCain this week - at least I hope that's so!

There are many indicators that the election is swinging towards McCain -
- early voting polls
- a race that is essentially tied despite O's marketing millions
- the huge rallies that McPalin get
- on the ground reports
- other analysis particularly by red state

KEEP THE FAITH WE ARE GOING TO WIN THIS ONE!

Yes. The downturn of the market recently did hurt mccain.

This is the longest chart I can show that you can view (for free). Please show me how from 1976-1980 when jimmy carter was president how the market went up? These are not stats, these are facts. If I was able to show from 1932-present, there are many other examples of "when a democrat is in the market goes up for 4 straight years". I can give you facts!

Facts are facts. I purposely didn't post the exact figures of your example being dead wrong because I anticipated that you would nonsensicle stuff to back off your original argument. Thank you for proving my point.
