    This was in an article that I read in the Chicago Sun Times today. Now that doesn't sound right at all no matter what reasons he has for wanting this.

      I agree, black, white, man or woman. He is already planning a big shindig downtown the night of the lection. That is going to be one dark place that night. I feel sorry for the chicago PD
